Unable to open file

On one system, I updated from Windows 23 H2 to Windows 24 H2. Now when I try to open file in Textmaker, I get "Unable to open file."

"Unable to open file." I opened a case two days ago and still haven't had a reply: how to reinstall?

Thank you for reporting the issue. Please follow these steps:

1. Open “Add or Remove Programs” in Windows
2. Search for SoftMaker Office and uninstall it
3. Restart your system
4. Download the latest version from our website and reinstall it

Hi Supertech:
Thanks for reply. However, my product key did not work with the .msi download you provided.
I have 12/18/23 upgrade to Softmaker Office Pro 2024 product key. The version you provided did install but will expire in 30 days.
I entered product key for Softmaker Office Pro 2024 and got message "Please enter product key for current product (Softmaker NX).
