Unable to download update 412

The download window opens but I get the message

Please try any different browser to download FlexiPDF as there is no such issue with our website.

What browser does FlexiPDF select?
Instead of left-clicking on the link, I right-clicked and copied the link. I had no difficulty performing the download via Opera; it also worked with my default browser, Chrome, but was very slow.
I have now installed the upgrade.

You were able to download it with a different browser because your default one was likely having trouble retrieving the file completely.
