Print preview not copying standared view

This is about hiearchical numbered lists (again). Having got my level 1 and level 2 lists fudged to work, the print preview doesn't copy correctly. I found I could fix this by putting a "normal" blank line above the level-1 heading. The preview failed if a level-1 immediately followed a level-2 without a normal separating them.
