When in ctrl+f (find), on the "search for" field, when you press ctrl+a or ctrl+c or ctrl+v, it doens't apply to the field itself but do the document text instead.
It would be very usefull if one could apply those shortcuts to the field itself, avoiding unfortunate replacements and loss of text.

Thank you for posting your suggestion, but as I can reverify, this functionality is already working as you mentioned in your suggestion.

After pressing Ctrl+F, the Search for sidebar opens, and after that, all commands like Ctrl+C, Ctrl+A, and Ctrl+V are applied to that search field only.
