Troubles working with hardware keyboard and mouse

Hello everyone, my first post.

I’m using Softmaker NX on my iPad, working with a mouse and keyboard, wich works well.
Some things are rather annoying:
1- having a hardware keyboard, the icon displaying my language setting, is being displayed constandly, even now, typing this. It is stucked left, right or in the middle on the downside on my screen, only to be expanded or minimised, thus covering the downside of my sreen. Maybe it’s something in my settings, but nevertheless a pain! Would like to solve it, because i use my iPad as a replacement for a laptop, for production work.
2- The bar on the downside to close the program, shows up when putting my cursor down on the edge of the screen, but it is not working. It is possible, because other programs i use work just like that. For now i have to do a workaround, using multiple steps to close the file and close the app. It’s not helping in my workflow.
3-having troubles to prioritise tekstmaker and planmaker as my app when i doubleclick a file. I disabled and removed some very dominant Apple Apps, but Pages is very persistent.

I think that point 2 is for Softmaker to implement. The other issues maybe can be solved in iPadOs.

Any help would be very helpfull!
