Strange Subscription Message

Hi,

I have set up a regular subscription for Softmaker NX, which renews automatically each month.

However, the software has just announced that my subscription ends on the renewal date and says I need to renew it, or the software will stop working.

Do I need to do anything? Why has the message appeared?

This is just an informational message about your current subscription expiry date.

Since you already have autorenewal enabled on your account, you don't need to take any action. If you see this message again, please check the "Don't show again" option, and it will not appear again.
