Installation on a PC without an internet connection

I want to install FreeOffice 2024 on a factory PC.
However, the factory PC cannot connect to the internet.
I requested a product key from your company from my PC and received a reply email.
When I try to activate FreeOffice on the factory PC by entering the product key,
it asks for a connection to the server.
Is there another activation method that does not require the PC to be connected to the internet?

It's the same FreeOffice. However, the version installed on your computer's hard drive requires an internet connection for activation, while the version installed on a USB drive can be activated from any other computer that has internet access.

I immediately created a portable version on a USB flash drive.
I inserted the USB drive into a PC without an internet connection.
When I launched PlanMaker.exe from the USB drive, a dialog box requesting a product code appeared.
I entered the product code I had already received via email, but a dialog box appeared stating that it could not connect to the server.
Am I doing something wrong?
