Sheet arrow buttons don't work?

Sheet arrow buttons don't work?

On the lower left corner of the layout there are arrow buttons which I assume are supposed to re-order your sheets. They do nothing when I click on them.

Are these disabled in the Free version or is this a bug?

You are correct -- they don't work correctly. Hold down the CTRL key while clicking on one of the arrows.
