Made PDF on Jumpdrive and No Background Color

Took my thumb drive to Staples for a test printout. Background color did not show on thumb drive. Any answer Jossi? Got my 2018 up grade

File > Properties..., tab "Colours". Check "Print page background".

That worked. How about changing the color of a Black Silhouette clip art to a different color? You showed me how to change that clipart background color to my selected background color. Now I would like to change the Silhouette to a different color.

Well, John, you're really tweaking TextMaker for all it's worth!
But this also works:
Right-click the picture, select "Picture properties...", go to tab "Picture" and click "More...". Then check "Mix with Colour" and choose the colour you want (or define a new one). NB: This will only work as desired if the white background of the picture has been made transparent before; otherwise, the white will take the colour too.

Hi Jossi - I am curious about your answer to the first question.

When I open Textmaker's File->Properties->Color Tab, I don't see any place where I can select "print page background".

This is after I created a file with a light gray background color and saved it.

Am I not doing this correctly?

Sorry, it's in tab "View", not in tab "Colours". My mistake.
