On 10/11/22 I received an automated email advising to update to the new service packs. I have PlanMaker 2021 (rev S1054.0924) 64bit.
I asked how do I update to the new service packs. When I click ?/ check for updates, I get "No updates have been found for Softmaker Office" despite the fact that my version dates from 12/2021. The "SoftMaker Support Team" has not responded.

If it says S1054.0924, your update has already been installed by the automatic updater.
