Printing landscape pages two per (portrait) page

When I print the attached file on my HP LaserJet color 200 M251n, at two pages per page, less than half of each even numbered page is printed, although there is plenty of space left on the page.
The top and bottom margins are currently set to 1cm and the second page of the document only appears as far as the third bullet point for 'Lunch'; with 2cm top and bottom, only the first bullet point is printed.

I am getting one page for every two printed - the missing text does not appear on a separate sheet.

In the attached image, the line across the middle is from a crease made after the page was printed.
